TL;DR:
Cozy Watch is my main focus right now. It’s a Mac app to track GitHub pull requests. My plan is simple: ship fast, sell as much as possible: sell as much as possible, learn fast, and make it real by launching on the App Store and GitHub Marketplace. Ship, learn, sell, repeat.
Hello all,
Second blog post. I still don’t know the theme of this blog, so for now it will include everything I have stacked in my head.
Right now it’s all about short-term plans. I’ve always thought long-term, overthinking, trying to get everything perfect. This time I want to move fast. Ship things. Learn while doing.
Cozy Watch is my main focus. It’s a desktop app to track GitHub pull requests. If you work with a dev team, you know how it is. You review PRs, other people review yours. Cozy Watch keeps you aware of everything. Approvals, comments, rejections. You don’t have to live in GitHub all day.You can check the website here: www.cozywatch.com
The goal is simple: sell as much as possible. I’ve been a developer all my life. Marketing and sales were always someone else’s job. With Cozy Watch it’s different. The more I sell, the more I learn, the more I know what works.
I’ve been updating the headings, the price, the copy, adding information to the side, every week to see if it makes a difference.
I’ve added a black friday deal to the website, after posting to several dev specific websites. So far, I’ve got 2 sales. 🎉
My goal by the end of November is to sell $100 worth of Cozy Watch.
I also want to release it on the App Store and GitHub Marketplace. Not for hype. To make it serious. To make it real.

If you are using Cozy Watch, or building something similar, hit me up. Would love to hear how you do it.
Best,Tiago Sá
